Saturday morning flat, only have a space saver for a spare. Thought I was no hope of finding anyone open after 12pm. However Bob Jane T Mart Newcastle was. New tyre sorted within 20 minutes, great friendly customer service by Seamus. And quick service by the operators. Plus the free coffee was pretty good also. All round great experience. Thank you so much.

Had to get promptly get two worn tyres replaced during my stop over in Newcastle as part of a big road trip. A huge thank you to Anthony and the team. They went out of my way to help me on a Saturday after a nasty tyre blow out outside of Taree on the M1,, On that day two great locals pulled over and changed my tyre. Unfortunately it was that horrible space saver wheel. They said all the tyre places around Taree were about to close. I googled and Bob Jane T-Mart at Newcastle were open until 2pm. After I made a call I limped To Newcastle on the space saver and promptly got lost. It was after 2pm when I arrived. I was stressed to the max. Anthony and the team however stayed back to help. Not only did I need my 20 inch tyre changed but the rim was also cracked. They found a 20 inch rim to fit and the lovely receptionist kept me company while the work was done. I was impressed with Anthony's knowledge and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business to all! 👍👍
